I have been working at ACRT full-time (More than 8 years)
ACRT is growing and is bringing us along with it. There are currently plenty of opportunities to learn and grow at your own pace. Safety and development are most important to this company.
The CEO's are available and really are paying attention to our needs. None of us are far from the top here. The company is very engaged with education and is rolling out all sorts of new programs for us to take advantage of.
I left the company for a short time for a co-op and when that did not work out ACRT went to work finding me a place back in the company as soon as possible. Not a lot of people would do this for a person who left them. I am grateful.
Of coarse pay rates are always mentioned. This is not an unknown issue and it is being resolved. Because this is an ESOP all costs trickle down to each employee.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to the employees, its working.
Many of the negative reviews are singular to the area or local supervision, most if not all of these issues are not company wide.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ACRT (Stockton, CA) in June 2016.
Three people interviewed me at ACRT's office in Stockton. They were very friendly, the office was nice, and the interview was straightforward. They called me a few days later to offer me the job but I did not accept it, mainly because I'm not willing to work for $13/hr with my college degree.
