I have been working at ACRT full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Boss, great flexible hours, perfect if you are a fam man or if you go to school, no micromanagement, so much freedom but you need to be responsible, critical thinking is a must, its okay to make mistakes within reason, pays for gas and car and phone and insurance, growing company, overall its a great company. I would recommend it. THE COMPANY TAKES CARE OF YOU

    Cons

ambient weather, might be a bit overwhelming but what job isn't, pay is okay not great, not that great of training but like every job-you must learn through experience.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ACRT (Stockton, CA) in June 2016.

    Interview

Three people interviewed me at ACRT's office in Stockton. They were very friendly, the office was nice, and the interview was straightforward. They called me a few days later to offer me the job but I did not accept it, mainly because I'm not willing to work for $13/hr with my college degree.
