I have been working at ACell full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Room for advancement, flexible schedule, upper management is always available, fun activities for employees throughout the year, great benefits

    Cons

Standards seem to vary from department to department, it would be nice to see them uniform across the board.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ACell in August 2017.

    Interview

Three interviews in total. One phone, two in person. Firs two interviews were with Sales Manager, next was with Area Manager. The area manager wasn't professional or impressive, to say the least.

    Interview Questions

    • Do you have any contacts in this territory that you can call on, starting day one?   1 Answer
    • What have you learned from your previous sales experience that you can bring with you to ACell?   1 Answer
    • Overall, it was a strange interview process, only because both people I interviewed with talked WAY more than I did. They loved talking about themselves and their personal accomplishments, asking me very little about my skills and abilities.   1 Answer
