Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADEX Medical Staffing in February 2013.
I was called on the phone, asked my salary requirement (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) because he didn't want to waste my time (to bad I was so desperate for a job I fell for this crap) went in, office was a mess, he asked me if I minded sitting in front of a computer all day (seriously?) and then that was it.
Offered my the position by phone the next day.
He told me what he wanted to pay, I asked for 3k more, they gave it to me.
