I have been working at ADS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People are great, both coworkers and customers. Manager is flexible with me and guides me along the way. Teammates are supportive and helpful.

Employees are always trying to make things better, nothing stays the same for too long and I'm encouraged to suggest improvements.

Fun. Most days at work are fun and I never dread coming here.

I've learned a lot since coming to ADS. Since it's a small business, I've been exposed to things outside of my "job" and it's made me grow.

    Cons

Inconsistency among employees that do the same "job." It seems that teams have different standards of what it means to be great. It can cause resentment at times.

    Advice to Management

Use the same criteria to evaluate the same job on different teams. I understand reviews are subjective but evaluation standards feel greatly varied among the teams.

    Interview

Started with an email to set up a phone interview. After that, there were 2 phone interviews. This was followed by an in person interview. After that, I heard back from the recruiter about 2 weeks or so later.
