Health and Wellness
Participation levels continue to increase in our wellness programs. In 2014, we achieved over 50% of our employees participating in the Health Assessment. Employees were also engaged in a variety of wellness programs including biometric screenings, coaching, challenge, and local activities as part of our Healthy Rewards program.
ADT Always Cares

In 2013, ADT launched ADT Always Cares, our company-wide community service program comprised of both employee volunteerism and employee-directed philanthropy. ADT Ethics Office
The ADT Ethics Office works every day to uphold this commitment. Our program includes: the ADT Ethics Line, the Code of Conduct, training programs, and business-specific policies that comply with applicable laws. Our programs are designed to help us identify ADT’s compliance risks and address concerns.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines ADT’s commitment to our customers, our investors, our communities, and one another. We are all responsible for creating a culture of integrity.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADT Security Services (Jacksonville, FL) in April 2018.
It took a total of 3 days for me to get hired at ADT and I honestly have to thank Ms. Shon Young for that. She made the 3 day hiring experience as easy as possible. The first day, I was interviewed in a group and not even a day later, I got a call from her saying that I got a second interview for Inside Sales, Pre Installation Account Manager. My second interview went absolutely well; the two lovely hiring managers were very engaged with me and didn't mind that I had multiple answers for some questions. I was hired on spot.
