I have been working at ADT Security Services full-time (Less than a year)
I recently joined and have been impressed with the commitment to the Company's noble purpose by everyone in the organization, the commitment to transparency and the focus on leadership and innovation. Having a leader who has set clear goals is something that I have found critically important in any Company that I've been a part of, and that is what I've found here.
I think in every industry and Company there are always challenges with prioritizing and with managing work volume, so not different than other places but something to keep in mind.

We need to increase communication across teams.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ADT Security Services (Jacksonville, FL) in December 2018.
