I have been working at AECOM full-time (More than 10 years)

Working at AECOM gives me a chance for a better future just like the many countries we work with worldwide. The jobs we do aren't easy or someone else would be doing them. Our people are super talented, extremely committed and have their heart in everything they do, they are goal oriented, success isn't an option.

Large company with acquisitions to make the company even better has to come with some growing pains, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Everything I see the company doing is to the betterment all of us and the company/clients we work with around the world. Trying to teach us old dogs new tricks!

    Advice to Management

Please help our management teams, on all levels, understand the goals of the company with a clear direction and vision, establishing the expectations to them first, so that we may be a better resource to them so they are successful.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM in February 2017.

Its a two step interview process. First with the recruiter and second with the construction manager. The recruiter interview was really easy going and laid back. I've yet to have the second interview but will update information
