Its Executives are passionate about providing the best service possible to its customers, and improving life for the greater community, while honoring the work/life balance needs of its personnel. There are few companies like this where the Executives roll up their sleeves everyday and work alongside their employees to get the job done right and on time.
AEGIS is selective in hiring, because it does not endorse the revolving door attitude so common in the industry. It invests in its personnel with the goal of professional growth, but sometimes employees take advantage of that generosity.

Stay the course
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AEGIS.net (Reston, VA) in December 2015.
The interview process consisted of:
1- Initial Phone Screen
2- Analysis Skills test and an in person interview
3- In person interview with leadership
The process was organized and all AEGIS staff were courteous about working with me to schedule interview times as well as keep me informed about next steps in the process.
