I have been working at AES International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

AES invest in me as an employee in order for me to develop in my profession and always encourage to do so also. This motivates me to invest in AES and always offer my utmost efforts.
AES has a strong, cohesive and family like culture within the full workforce which is very satisfying and motivating.

    Cons

Certain departments are sometimes favored more than others which can be frustrating

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to continue putting in the effort into your staff so that you continue to get the effort from them in return. I would also advise to maintain the transparency in the company as it is beneficial and refreshing to be aware of all areas of the company
