I worked at AESC full-time
The organization bets on young inexperienced people by investing time in training and grooming... You are given responsibility based on your aptitude caliber and ambition rather than years of experience... Which is very unique and something which is not common in other places (now I know) 😀
Not many policies in place, a lot of decisions are still discretionary to the founder's view on things... Also it's a one man show as all of the business generation and even execution is managed by the founder
Advice to Management
Hire more senior people in business development roles and build more systems and processes
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AESC (Gurgaon, Haryana (India)).
A very timely and smooth interview process.
It's a really amazing team with highly motivated and motivating team players.
The interview questions were very much related to all that was mentioned in the CV, about the background and a few research technicalities.
Overall, a very good interview experience!
