I have been working at AFCU full-time (More than 5 years)
1. Great working environment- there is a family culture that makes it enjoyable to come to work everyday.
2. Management- they communicate very well and want feedback from associate (good/bad). They act upon the information provided where you feel like your voice matters.
3. Work- Life Balance culture.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at AFCU (La Habra, CA) in July 2017.
Interview was vert cold and unprofessional. Neither Interviewer smiled once and the male had only started three weeks prior. they did not seem happy working at AFCU, I could tell by their body langue. AFCU is an extreamly smalll credit union and the building looked like a warehouse transformed into a Branch. They said that the call center was really busy but I cant imagine how with having only 3-4 branches. I came from Teachers first in which I alone would assist more Members than the entire call center at AFCU.
