    Call Center Representative-Temp Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at AFCU (La Habra, CA) in July 2017.

    Interview

Interview was vert cold and unprofessional. Neither Interviewer smiled once and the male had only started three weeks prior. they did not seem happy working at AFCU, I could tell by their body langue. AFCU is an extreamly smalll credit union and the building looked like a warehouse transformed into a Branch. They said that the call center was really busy but I cant imagine how with having only 3-4 branches. I came from Teachers first in which I alone would assist more Members than the entire call center at AFCU.

    Interview Questions

    • After Teachers First CU I worked for Hyundai Motor Finance working my way up via promotions, if you look up Hyundai on GlassDoor you will notice a lot of current and former employees have complaints regarding how much change goes on in the company. The woman asked me verbatim "what was the least thing you liked about Hyundai"   1 Answer
