Advice to Management
Hold people accountable for the work that they are assigned. Use the skills and talents of individuals to everyone's benefit, and cut loose the dead weight.

Very basic interview, most key one to get the position is being able to discuss safely with them. Other than that very basic self-explanatory interview questions about what you do for a living and also side activities. What have you learned so far that could help benefit them as a growing company.
