Good management that isn't afraid to delegate authority and trust their team. Unusually strong and effective teams all around: management, production, sales, marketing, engineering. Fast-paced and agile. Strong ethical sense from top to bottom.
Fast growth sometimes creating some growing pains, but so far managed well.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AGS (Duluth, GA) in November 2015.
4-5 hour process. I interviewed with 7 developers. They asked questions to get to know me as well as a few technical questions to see how familiar you are in the software industry. Nothing too difficult. If you're a software engineer, you shouldn't be hit with any surprises.
