Daniel Adamany is the founder and CEO of AHEAD. In this role, he is responsible for company vision, strategy, and execution, engaging directly with clients and partners to ensure that AHEAD continues to meet and exceed expectations. Daniel started AHEAD with the goal of creating a company that could provide true, comprehensive technology solutions to enterprise clients. He is very passionate about AHEAD’s core values: collaborate, innovate, drive.
Eric Kaplan joined AHEAD in 2010 as the Chief Technology Officer managing AHEAD’s consulting and service delivery organizations. In this capacity, Eric guides his team in evaluating clients’ business and technological requirements in a rapidly evolving landscape. In turn, his team develops and delivers solutions for enterprise organizations looking to drive adoption and accelerate the move to agile and cost-efficient platforms within their own data centers and the cloud.
Tim Frank joined AHEAD in 2008 to help build the company’s sales organization. As the Executive Vice President of Sales, Tim is responsible for AHEAD’s revenue growth and execution, partnerships, and most importantly, customer satisfaction. Prior to joining AHEAD, Tim spent 7+ years with EMC, a technology industry market-leader, in both sales management and account management positions leading sales and engineering teams all across the United States. In these roles, he received several national awards for leadership and achievement as a top performer year after year.
Andrew Szafran joined AHEAD in 2016 as the CFO overseeing finance and operations. He has over 25 years of financial management experience and has acted as a CFO for both privately-held and public companies since 2002.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience from a variety of industries; most notably, business services, value-added distribution, telecommunications, and private education.
He has a strong track record helping enterprises grow successfully while delivering the highest levels of service and value to their customers.

They pay well and offer very competitive benefits. As a leading IT consulting firm, they do a good job stressing culture and hiring great people. It's tough to get a job here which is a very good thing. Leadership has a clear, strategic vision and provides excellent support to remote offices. Ahead ensures that it is a company that is a fun place to work with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. I highly recommend and advocate for this company versus its competitors.

Advice to Management
Keep stressing your core competencies and values.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in August 2016.
I was originally reached out to by an AHEAD internal Recruiter via email who explained the AHEAD team is growing aggressively. I agreed to meet for a causal cup of coffee to get introduced to the company, talk through growth plans and discuss my career goals. Shortly after, I was invited into their Chicago Headquarters to see the very cool, tech-savvy office and meet the team I would be working with. I had a series of one-on-one conversations so I never was thrown into an intimidating environment that an on-site interview can warrant. The following week, I was invited back for a second and final on-site interview to meet the Executive team in a similar format. I ended up meeting a large handful of employees at various tenures/seniority levels. Everyone I spoke with asked different probing questions but was attentive, engaging, familiar with my background and excited about what was happening at AHEAD. Because I was able to sit down with everyone for 30 minute time slots I was able to get personal with the people I would be working with. The first time I walked into the office, the AHEAD culture was obvious: collaborative, innovative, hard-working and welcoming. Throughout the whole process, everyone was cautious of my time and the whole process took less than two weeks. In the end, I received an offer at the salary that was discussed in my very meeting. From the very beginning, it was obvious AHEAD was a great place to work, making it very easy to accept the offer.
