    Pros

Great coworkers. Never had an issue with vacation days. Always opportunity for overtime!

    Cons

Advancement is difficult. Understaffed a lot of times. Families often difficult to deal with.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing the favoritism game.

    Interview

They don't care who they hire..All they want are a bunch of mules to get paid from the state for training every week..huge scam they got going on.they make you do a ton of things before being hired..training 2 weeks and even give you 2 tb shots which I never heard of before just for the money from the state than after a few months your gone let go kicked to the curb and treated like your worthless and don't expect a thank you for all the hard work you did cause they are Nasty disrespectful fake human beings..karma is coming for them

    Interview Questions

    • Like I said they'll take anyone just so they get paid tons of money from the state for training than they let you go after a month or 2 for the new fish   1 Answer
