    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AIA Worldwide (London, England (UK)) in March 2014.

    Interview

Phone call with recruiter which went over my CV. Two meetings with senior managers at their office to establish my qualifications followed up with a presentation to the CEO/MD which I had a week to prepare for.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Informed them of my current salary. Job offer came in way below. Rejected the offer. Revised offer came in which was lower than hoped but a large increase on the first attempt. Was promised a bonus.
