Shared interest from top down on wanting everyone to succeed. Clear path and process to set people up for success (but you have to work for it). Genuine interest and investment in people. Good team environment and everyone helps everyone. Metrics based and although it's a challenge, totally obtainable. Standard vacation plan and healthcare coverage is good and in line with most other options in the market.
Sales in general has metrics to measure people's success. Sales isn't for everyone but when signing up to join, you are agreeing to the terms of the job. If you can't/don't want to be measured by your daily, weekly or monthly activity, it may not be the best fit. Additionally, it takes a lot of investment by the employee and the employer to get success. It's not immediate gratification but also isn't pitched as such. If you are looking for a flash in the pan, it likely won't be the right fit. But, with tenure, you can garner more success and you have a team to help you get there.

Continue to invest in your people and keep the environment that rewards hard work.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AIM Consulting Group, LLC (New York, NY).
Had a total of 3 rounds of interviews with 6 different people. All interviews were with an AE and MTAR. The final interview included the Managing Partner who oversees those individuals. All interviews were similar and spent discussing my background, more in depth information about AIM, behavioral questions and etc. Everyone I met with showed a lot of positive and good energy. They really do care about choosing the right people to join their team which is why you meet so many people. But they also want to make sure it's right for you as well!
