I worked at AIM International (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits, 401K match, bonuses, and employee product allowance was generous.

    Cons

The average term employee has been there nearly 20 years. Most employees are burned out and unwilling to do anything outside the scope of their job to promote sales.

    Advice to Management

It's time to let a few of the long term call center representatives go and hire new, young and enthusiastic people.
