Lots of politics involved No support from seniors provided Youtube videos are given in the name of training (hell i'm here to learn what you know and what your experience is, For this kind of training they're asking you to sign 70,000rs bond!) No time to time technical training provided. Whatever technology you were given the training in will stick with you and whenever a project comes in with different technology, you're required to do it with self learning and in urgent, that pretty much feels like cheating. No appreciation for hard work, Employees with internal projects are preferred over the employees who had done client projects.
