AIT Worldwide Logistics has changed a lot since the company was founded in 1979. Today we are among the top five transportation providers in the industry.
We serve more customers in more markets around the world than ever before. Our scale is global. Our strengths are local – that is, getting goods into local markets from around the world and with a personal touch. We offer an increasing array of services that respond to our customers’ needs. We have invested millions of dollars in creating innovative, proprietary technology that is the backbone of our operations and product development.
AIT people and the skills, talent and expertise they embody represent our greatest strengths and our most valuable assets. Our ability to serve our customers and deliver against our business priorities depends entirely on our people. They are the heart and soul of this company.
We seek to enable all teammates to excel in their work through a culture of high performance. We are committed to helping our people grow and thrive in their work. State of the art technology and dedicated trainers help us introduce new programs and resources to enhance skills-building across the company.

It is the policy of AIT Worldwide Logistics to not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment, and to take affirmative action to employ and to advance in employment all persons regardless of their status, and to base all employment decisions only on valid job requirements.
This policy applies to all employment actions, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, upgrading, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, recall, termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation and selection for training, including apprenticeship, at all levels of employment.
Employees of and applicants to AIT will not be subject to harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, or discrimination because they have engaged or may engage in filing a complaint, assisting in a review, investigation, or hearing or have otherwise sought to obtain their legal rights related to any federal, state, or local law regarding EEO for minorities, females, qualified individuals with disabilities, or qualified protected veterans.
AIT is committed to the principles of Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity. In order to ensure dissemination and implementation of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action throughout all levels of the company, the Director of Human Resources has been appointed as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Director for AIT. One of the EEO Director's duties will be to establish and maintain an internal audit and reporting system to allow for effective measurement of our company's programs.
To uphold our company’s policy regarding Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity, AIT has developed a written Affirmative Action Program which sets forth the policies, practices and procedures which AIT is committed to applying in order to ensure that its policy of non-discrimination and affirmative action is accomplished. This Affirmative Action Program is available for inspection by any employee or applicant for employment upon request, during normal business hours, in the Human Resources Department.
AIT Worldwide Logistics employees are encouraged give back to the communities where they live and work. AIT teammates have demonstrated time and again that they seek to make a difference. AIT sponsors co-worker involvement in charitable fundraising and events, and creates the opportunity for all of our people to give back independently.
AIT prides itself on being a great place to work. We aspire to keeping all employees happy, challenged and satisfied. But don’t just take our word for it. Read what employees say – in their own words:
“AIT is a friendly environment to work where each and every employee is considered an extension of AIT's immediate family. It is a company that considers every employee to be a valuable ingredient for success.”
- Sheri Stover, Senior Director, Accounting Services
“A core part of AIT’s culture is ‘going the extra mile,’ for our customers and our people. That helps us build strong relationships and spur innovation. Change is our constant, so we are a dynamic organization that adapts rapidly to our customers' needs and an ever-changing marketplace. Being nimble requires constant evolution of our roles and responsibilities. One day is rarely the same as the next.”
- Chris McMillin, Vice President, Information Technology
Awesome work environment
I can't think of any
The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at AIT Worldwide Logistics (Colleyville, TX) in August 2017.
I was interviewing for a green sales position because I knew one of the senior sales account manager. They talked about wanting someone a little more green and new to sales or the industry. I'm guessing to pay them less and mold them over time. I met with manager in grapevine and had a great interview. I could not see any reason why they would not hire me. Especially since they strongly market themselves as "millennial friendly" all over social media. They claim they want fresh careers leaders with logistics and supply Chain degrees. I have a Supply Chain degree with a 3.8 GPA 7 years of experience in management and procurement and the only thing lacking was a ton of sales experience which they claim they didn't want in the first place. Well I did not get offered a position and I heard from a friend that they said they I didn't have any clients to bring with me?! How do you find green millennial s with clients to bring?? Anyways I'm not sure maybe they just didn't prefer me.
