I have been working at AJM Packaging full-time (More than 5 years)
Company pays 100% of health benefits and as long as you do your job it's stable employment.
Can be very hot in the summer. Also some people in management treat employees like servants and act like you should be super grateful to the company for even having a job. They think it means they can require you to work whatever hours they want at last minute. I worked in the warehouse for 5 years and the only decent manager is the man now. He is fair and rules apply to everyone the same but 1 person is not enough. The other managers have there favorites who get away with everything. Managers come and go there and there's no consistency. Last thing production group never gets the job done. They always hold everything up.
Advice to Management
Learn to treat employees fair and all the same way be more understanding of peoples problems And gotta make the rules the same for everyone. You make some people follow the rules and write them up and some people get away with everything.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AJM Packaging (El Cajon, CA).
Initial interview with the HR admin. Two days later interview with HR admin and maintenance manager. Few technical questions. Few previous work history questions. Questions on SOP for maintenance department and policies.
