I have been working at AK Steel Holding Corporation full-time

    Pros

The pay, benefits, etc. are good. Work-life balance is good, but remember people: THIS IS MANUFACTURING. So with that said, of course employees that work in the plant are going to have a lot of overtime. Overtime typically means that the business is doing good.

    Cons

Training in certain areas is lacking, in regards to technology, certain policies, etc.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on moving forward, getting new systems, and software (phone system, computer operating systems, and software) and make it a priority to be innovative.
