    Allbright Painting is a company that truly cares about all of it's employees. You don't stay with a company for 17 years if it's not a great place to work and you aren't cared for. Allbright is always looking to grow, so there is ample opportunity to move up if you are willing to work hard and always do the right thing. Great coworkers and working environment. The owner works hard to maintain an excellent working environment and to make sure that there is enough opportunity to sell the work necessary to keep everyone working and continue to grow the company. It's truly a family environment that was very hard to leave and I would still be there today if I hadn't decided to move to a different state.


    At one time, I had a 401K set up through the company that matched a certain percentage, but it was taken away due to lack of involvement and not meeting the minimum number of participants, so not the owners fault it was taken away. It would have been nice to have a retirement package of some sort set up in place of the 401k. Salary and commission structure changed yearly and made it difficult to know what you could expect to make in the coming year.

    Advice to Management

    Develop a fair and consistent pay structure and stick to it.
