Think long term. Build up current employees, take the time to teach them so they can contribute more later down the line
I applied online. I interviewed at AMETEK Programmable Power (San Diego, CA) in May 2017.
One phone interview and one in person interview. They did not ask any technical questions during the phone interview or answer technical questions regarding the job requirements. The in person interview was not well structured and they asked vague questions that they could not answer follow up questions about.
