I was contacted via LinkedIn by an Associate Recruiter. The recruiter asked if I was interested in a position without reviewing experience in my profile nor the type of role I was looking for (LinkedIn "Open to work" settings allow you to say what roles you are open to visible only by recruiters). Yes, I understand that AMI Network is a search firm to "help you make impact hires." But no, I do not believe that the recruitment will actually make an impact. It's not really appealing to respond to a mass message that does not take into account your actual experience or what you are looking for. It feels like the recruiter is more interested in checking off a box to fill the role than be "driven to help people." However, I commend the recruiter for being transparent about the pay range, hours, hiring timeline, and industry the role is in.InterviewWould you be interested in this role?
