Good morning everyone, I’m fresh out of phlebotomy school. I’m having a hard time finding a job as a CPT1 without 1yr+ experience. I’m currently working to full time security jobs 1+ year, until I can switch over into the medical field.

Hello everyone. I’ve been working with my current job for 2 months now. The workplace are nice and they been saying that I do my job good, however, two of my coworker keep talking stuff behind my back so I kept getting in trouble even before asking my side of story. The big thing I hate about specificly that I told the employer before hiring me is if you think I did wrong tell me in private don’t embarrass me but my supervisor kept doing it. Currently looking for another job right now

Today I was told by my employer that they do not want a chain of command in our company, and they do not want to update job descriptions because they feel like that limits what people feel they can do in their position. This makes me feel like there are no clear lines when it comes to who does what and who is responsible for what. Is this common in a healthcare clinic or is this a major red flag for me?

Hello, am a recent graduate of biomedical engineering technology at centennial college and was looking to get into the field, so far I've been applying and have gotten no call backs yet. My goal is to work at a Biomedical engineering technology or go the route of Dialysis technician. I know it's difficult with no prior experience, but I would like to get my foot into healthcare. Any advice is appreciated
