There are plenty of opportunities to grow experiences if you are adaptive to changes and self-motivated to learn. The company is expanding.
Salary is not competitive making it difficult to hire new quality employee and retain current employees. Cost control effort affects negatively on customer experience.

I Applied online. Got a call from internal recruiter within 10 days. He asked about recent work experience and skills, expected pay and how soon I will be able to join the job. one week, later I got an email saying we are unable to utilize your particular talents at this time.
