I worked at AO Foundation full-time

    Pros

Great opportunity for travel and high-impact work, real fun working with the surgeon community, exciting work, ambitious

    Cons

Don't expect work life balance, political, unprofessional, stagnant with some ideas and strategies, disorganized, dep. on which department you are in and who your Manager is, you are at their mercy, HR supports Management not the employees

    Advice to Management

Lead by example and have a more consistent approach

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AO Foundation.

    Interview

Extrem unprofessionell!

     Leute... bleibt weg...

    Interview Questions

    • They wanted to know about my past experiences.
A lot of time was spent on understanding if I could live in Davos. This is an small city in the middle of the Alps and they want to make sure who understand that social life is not the reason why you move there.   Answer Question
