    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

    Good Benefits
Engineering staff is good to work with
    Cubicle instead of open configuration

This is in regards to the POS division. The ISS division does not have these problems.

    Poor management
You will be constantly putting out fires
Severe lack of leadership and they will then blame the engineers
Unwilling to think of the future. Just fix that right now and move on to the next fire
    No architecture.
Company has ADHD and can't continue on a chosen plan for more than a few months
High turn over ~60% so everybody is still learning the system and there are few that can help you learn it.
    Lots of scapegoating.

If you have to have a job go for it. Just don't park here for very long. There are lots of companies in the area that are decent to work for.

    Advice to Management

    Be leaders. Have a plan.
