I have been working at APWireless full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They really believe and invest in their employees. I have started in the company a few months ago and the executive team has given me many opportunities to grow and develop myself.

    Cons

They still need to work more on developing processes. As they are growing, these processes become essential for the company's development.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing and believing in your employees!

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at APWireless (San Diego, CA) in August 2015.

    Interview

There was no interview. I was contacted by a third party technical recruiting company and was told AP Wireless was desperate and needed someone as soon as possible. The last person in this job role was let go due to issues with drinking on the job.

    Interview Questions

    • No interview was done. The recruiting company asked me to show up to the work site and start the very next day.   Answer Question
