Interview
Applied through campus career fair. After about 2-3 rounds of phone/video interviews I was asked to come into one of their offices for an in-person interview. This was a lengthy, several-hour interview process with multiple office personnel, and lunch out included. After a great and surprisingly laid back process, they had told me that they would be getting back to me within a week and before another deadline I had with another job offer. The deadline had passed, and I still had yet to hear back from anyone. I had to reach out several times before they finally told me that they were moving on with other candidates. A little unprofessional, especially considering their ignorance of my other deadline. I also would've loved to hear some feedback on my performance.Where do you see yourself in the next 5, 10 years?
