ConsNo negative experiences at ARCO. Need to be smart, determined, hard-working, and personable, and you will do great here.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies (United States) in Oct 2020
InterviewThe interview process was overall pretty good, could've been a little more expedited. Met with a recruiter at my university's career fair then was asked to do an assessment. Then a video interview was set up and finally an in person interview occurred. The entire process took about 2 months, the longest of any other companies I was talking to. However, I was able to have a great conversation with the principals in person amid the pandemic (socially distanced and outside) in my final interview so it was worth it.
