I have been working at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than a year)
Flexible environment and growth potential.. Being a small company, your effort gets noticed, recognized and appreciated in a quick manner.
Totally transformed from the old management to New management ...lives and breathes in the new culture and DNA...management takes ownership, make it happen and feel for patients....
There is more work but managers give a helping hand at all times. Need to continue to work on process enhancements.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in December 2014.
It was a standard process. I started with a phone interview with the director of the group. That led to a second, face-to-face interview with a group of colleagues in the Cambridge office. The VP of the group was not able to meet with me, but called me later that evening.
A minor criticism was with the long length of time it took from the interview, to being given an offer. The interview was in late December, before the holidays, and their office was closed during the last week in December (between Christmas and New Years). My offer was not given until after 2 weeks in January.
