Good job that gives you a wide range of exposure to marketing and management. You learn new skills quickly and apply it everyday.
Lack of direction in growth for employees. Management has a difficult time on focusing one direction. Many people fill lateral roles and there is no clear definition of work. No sense of accountability for responsibilities in the workplace. The agency spends too much money on parties and alcohol. High turnover.
Advice to Management
Hire people with skills, experience, and education specific to each job role. Create a sustaining work environment. You end up spending more money to train employees who do not know how to do their job then to hire someone fit for the position. Hire within and grow your employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ARS Advertising.
Submitted my cover letter and resume online and received a email from the creative director to schedule a panel phone interview. After walking them through my online portfolio, a in-office interview was scheduled and I received a phone call with an official offer within the week.
