    Pros

A S Hospitality is a great place to work. The Values and Committments of the company are upheld in all aspects. Employees are treated fairly and with respect.

    Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say about the company other than it would be great if all employees were striving to build the company into the best that it can be.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees. Everyone has ideas that are worth listening to. Encourage employees to perform to the best of their ability and proudly pat people on the back when they have done well.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AS Hospitality.

    Interview

New management / HR people seem competent. When I was interviewed by previous HR / Upper Management team--different people) they gave me a brochure that had absolutely wrong information about vacation and benefits. I had 3 rounds of interviews. Mostly they were just trying to see if I fit in with the company culture.

    Interview Questions

    • Where do you see yourself in Five Years?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I had been freelancing for three years, my husband was out of work, and I had a small job. I did not risk negotiating.
