I have been working at ASA College (NY) (More than 3 years)

Wonderful co-workers Staff development and training are provided . Majority of students are dedicated. Good mix of cultural backgrounds.Flexible work schedule and supervisors are supportive.

Little opportunity for growth. Student to instructor ratio needs to be improved. Facilities could be improved. No lunchroom or cafeteria just vending machines.

Anonymous Employee in New York, NY

    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ASA College (NY) (New York, NY) in February 2017.

I got a called from someone Fa.... asked me if I was interested to work for them. I told her why not let me see what are you offering. I got an interview schedule with Shchegol who arrived 4 hours late, screaming and yelling to everyone. I couldn't understand anything because it was a mix between English and Russian. Then finally a young lady ask me to go to a office and he arrived there. He asked me how much money I am making in my current job then he was looking in some papers that some one brought him and he fell sleep. Very uncomfortable situation and then he start just asking questing about my current employer If I know how much they make per month, how much the spent in advertising and how they get the students etc.. The process took 2 hours and I got an offer. The offer was very good but it was one condition that I have to bring with me the list of my current employer and their recruiter agents. This was an scam
