I have been working at ASRC Federal Holding Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The health benefits are better than most other contractor companies I have seen. You feel like an important member of the team, rather than "just a number".

    Cons

None with the company, just federal contract work in general can be stressful. The contracts are up for rebid every 1 -5 years, so its getting harder to stay with the same company over several years.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ASRC Federal Holding Company (Orient, NY) in September 2017.

    Interview

Began with a phone call screening, which led to an interview over the phone. I received another phone call a week later inviting me to an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two upper level managers.
