I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ASSA ABLOY (Phoenix, AZ) in October 2017.

Dysfunctional, disjointed process. Applied for role via Glassdoor -- there is no ATS system, but rather an HR email to direct resumes.
Approximately two weeks after submission, was invited to an interview with the hiring manager. To my surprise, a panel interview was conducted. This lasted about an hour and a half, and was invited the next week for a second round. Again, another surprise panel interview of internal customers.
Reasons for Declining
After about a month of silence, received a verbal offer. The formal offer came a day later - it was a.) an exploding offer, and b.) about 25% lower than the market rate.
Attempted to negotiate into something more in line with the market rate for this role and experience, but the offer was immediately pulled.
