Should give better compensation on referrals and also to people who are performing very well.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ASTA CRS in January 2017.
It started with a phone screen which took about 45 minutes, which mainly involved testing communication and technical skills. The second part of the interview was a video conference with the technical team.
