I have been working at ATEN International (More than a year)
The staff across the organization are sincere and work hard, the company has legacy business that keeps the business in front of the market
Highly politicized, transparency is not a priority, talent is driven out very quickly, lots of yes men. The list of cons are too many to mention here
Advice to Management
Pull some power out of the top layer and re-distribute to your employees so they feel empowered and want to make a difference. Growth is only going to be incremental as long as you don't change
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ATEN International (Los Angeles, CA) in August 2015.
1 phone screen with HR, 2 f2f - 1st with HR, final with hiring manager. First conversation with HR was a bit of screening (review of background, income discussion, role description). F2F with HR was more of the same, but some in-depth questions of background and discussion of role. Final interview was with hiring manager, discussion of role and Q&A
