Mission: To exceed customer expectations by providing the highest of quality care in a friendly and encouraging environment.
With exceptional, patient-centered care, trusted expertise and remarkable outcomes, our goal is to exceed customers' expectations—every day, in every clinic. ATI is a nationally-recognized rehabilitation provider, specializing in research-based physical therapy, workers’ compensation rehab, employer worksite solutions, sports medicine, home health, and a variety of specialty therapies.
Collectively, we all work together to positively impact the lives of our patients, employees and community through the pursuit of excellence in service and the patient experience. How often do you hear the words “fun and enjoyable” when describing physical therapy? At ATI Physical Therapy, we hear it all the time from our patients. The highly trained and compassionate staff brings so much energy and even some playfulness to each session that our patients actually look forward to every visit.
We rely on the strength of our team to deliver our mission to over 15,000 patients every day. It’s an awesome responsibility that we take very seriously. We also have fun and enjoy our jobs. We couldn’t have achieved this success without the dedication of our staff. We recognize that our employees are our biggest asset, and we treat them as such. As we look to the future, and as our company continues to grow, we are even more determined to provide an environment in which our employees can enhance their skills, succeed in the field of their choice, and grow from the positive experience of having excellent outcomes for our patients.
I worked at ATI Physical Therapy full-time (Less than a year)
Positive culture. Supportive upper managment.
The overlapping treatment times can be difficult for some providers to manage.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy (Chicago, IL).
They really don't ask strenuous questions. Seemed that as long as you came off as friendly, they'll offer you a job. Back when I interviewed there you meet with a recruiter at an ATI near you, and then did a second interview at corporate in Bolingbrook. No drug, TB, or immunization tests ever.
As a new grad, they didn't offer any room to negotiate.
