I have been working at ATLAS HEALTHCARE full-time (Less than a year)
I am new graduate from Ontario, Canada. I am part of the new graduate program at Atlas Healthcare.
They has placed me in a rural hospital where I am getting great experiences. They respond quickly to all my calls and emails, very helpful.
They were very helpful in assisting me in getting nursing licenses in different states.
None, honestly they are the greatest team of people to work with,
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work
I didn't make it to the interview. I just wanted to state how unprofessional the rejection letter was. I want to say to the company the following:
Your unprofessional rejection letter leads me to believe you are correct in your assessment that I would not be a good candidate. If you are in HR, you might want to revise the way you speak to people. If this is how your company deals with applicants, I can only imagine how you treat your actual employees. This is probably why your company's score is so low in its Glassdoor reviews. For future reference, you should probably just let the applicant know that they were not selected and leave out the statement, "I am sorry for the disappointing news." Your job is not the only one I have applied and not the only one I have been rejected. I assure you there is no love loss or disappointment.
