Mission: ATR’s mission is to deliver quality service and value to our clients; to prepare our people to succeed and provide them with opportunities to do so; and to support the growth and profitability of the company acting in accordance with our core values.
I have been working at ATR International full-time (More than 5 years)
ATR is a close knit company that often feels more like family than coworkers. Management at every level is approachable and open to feedback. ATR encourages work/life balance because they know how valuable that is to their employees. If someone is looking for a fun and flexible team environment, then I highly recommend ATR!
I love interacting with leadership and peers across the company. Any opportunity to see them more is always welcome!
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at ATR International (Sunnyvale, CA) in June 2014.
the interview process was pretty easy. I talked to the manager who I would be working under and she was nice. asked me about school, and my availability. the whole interview went smoothly and quickly. I started working the next day, after I was called the same evening.
