I have been working at ATR International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Family owned business, atypical of the ordinary recruiting company that forces you to hit your numbers or your fired. ATR is one of the only recruiting companies that motivates their team continuously and one that really cares about the tenure of the employees. Unlimited time off, volunteer time off and bi-weekly commission for recruiting and the sales team are just a few benefits to mention.

    Cons

Because it is a smaller size company it can take some time to move up within the company but if you prove your integrity and loyalty to the company, it will be noticed and you will be rewarded.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ATR International.

    Interview

Applied online today for an entry level recruiter role and received a call about an hour later. The guy proceeds to give me an immediate phone interview and rip apart my resume and was very rude. Proceeds to tell me I'm not qualified for an entry level role without even giving me time to prepare. Don't waste your time.
