    AVID reached out to me when they found my resume on a job board. They connected me with a company for a software engineering position. I ended up going through several interview steps at this company with AVID being my line of contact. The AVID employee who worked with me was very kind and helped prepare me for interviews. I would highly recommend using AVID.
