    Benefits, holidays off, 1 week of in July and December

    Cons

    Management is horrible. They don't care about the company and some of the managers don't care about the work or the employees

    Advice to Management

    Need to check the managers out to ensure they're doing they're actually working on improving their departments and also doing the right thing
