I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Getting an Interview

  1. Executive Assistant Interview

    Average Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AWOL Academy (Las Vegas, NV)

My first point of contact with the company was a brief phone screen, where I was briefed on the company and the opportunity, after which I submitted my resume and officially threw my hat in the ring for consideration. I interviewed with Human Resources over the phone - it was a fairly standard process where I was asked a handful of questions about my work history and experiences. I advanced to an in person interview with the Executive I would be reporting to which was very casual and conversational. Shortly thereafter, I had a follow up conversation with HR and was later offered the position. HR was very responsive and quick to follow up throughout the process, which, as a job seeker, I really appreciate.

I was asked questions about my work history, experiences and how I handled certain situations. The questions were a lot more conversational - unlike other interviews I have been through where it feels as though the interviewer is just reading through a list of questions.
