I have been working at AXA Advisors full-time (More than 10 years)
1) culture is fantastic.
2) great processes and approach to financial planning
3) skilled and ethical advisors
4) wonderful mentors
high cost of living in SF and it takes time before you make money in the industry with passing licensing exams and building a niche market. Definitely a career and not a job!
Advice to Management
Pay a higher salary option. Although I came here not wanting the salary I think for new associates from college could use a higher salary in an expensive place to live.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AXA Advisors.
Found the company at my college career fair. Was given a phone interview and received an offer a few weeks later. Overall the process was a simple and smooth experience.
