I have been working at Aaron Brothers Art and Framing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Creativity and Sales in a fun environment where there's always something new and different to learn/apply.
Most customers are pretty low maintenance and many are artists or just looking/needing a designers input on their project.
We strive to do the best for the customer, both in store and corporate as well.

    Cons

Sometimes the lack of *consistent* communication from corporate to stores.
Some customers can be problematic, but that's not uncommon in any industry (not only in retail).

    Advice to Management

The salary caps that are in place for associates/framers (including for long-time associates) doesn't seem fair.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aaron Brothers Art and Framing (Colleyville, TX) in February 2017.

    Interview

Applied online and heard back within 2 weeks. Went in for the interview and set up time for a second one later that week. Interview was super casual and nothing out of the ordinary.
