I worked at Aarons Grant and Habif (Less than a year)
Met almost everyone in the office
Some bonding opportunities
Gave to charity
Limited leadership and direction on my team
A lot of people did not like their jobs
Not everyone there at the time truly welcomed diversity
Advice to Management
Continue to build on the "family" culture and continue to hire intelligent people that embrace all levels of diversity.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aarons Grant and Habif (Atlanta, GA) in October 2014.
The interview was more of a conversation to get to know my personality. There were two people there asking me questions about my background. We even started discussing life philosophies.
