I have been working at Abell Pest Control full-time (More than 3 years)
There is many pros to working here. I enjoy the work environment, my coworkers and the management here. Good pay, great benefits, and paid Holidays/vacation days. I have been here for 3 years and hope to stay many more years here. This company is growing and expanding which is exciting to see, I can't wait to see what the future of this company will bring.
Not much opportunity for raises or advancement. Other than that I don't really have much to complain about.

I submitted my resume to Abell Pest Control head office in Toronto, ON for a job position out of another branch location. With in a week i received a call from the Branch office and spoke to the Branch Manager. An interview was set up two weeks later at the branch location. Interview lasted about 30 minutes - reviewed my resume - what type of work i completed at my other jobs and type of work i completed. i went and wrote my structural pest control license prior to applying for the job but it was not a requirement. Having the licenses is always a good thing. The interview went very well and i was nervous as it was my first. I waited a couple weeks and received a call to come back for another interview. At this time i was offered a full time position and set off in my career in Pest Control. Over all experience was great. They explained the starting salary, bonus/incentive opportunities and benefits packages in detail.
