Not staying up to date with business trends, specifically work/life balance and flexibility. AT doesn't let people work from home. Like ever.
Advice to Management
Let people work from home as needed or you're going to miss out on the best talent, especially creative talent. Remove salary caps for roles that are static, like the proofreading department.
