Pros

Great work / life balance. They treat employees with respect yet hold them accountable. Team work is great. There are plenty of little perks like quarterly team events outside of the office.

Cons

None that I can think of.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aberdeen Broadcast Services (United States) in Jun 2021

    Interview

I applied and completed two Indeed assessments. An HR administrator then reached out and discussed the role with me. I went in for two interviews, gave a PowerPoint presentation, completed a quiz of three critical thinking questions (more for fun than as a hiring filter), and took Excel and Word assessments on-site. There would have been a personality quiz, but I dropped out of the process before reaching this step.

Everyone was really friendly. It is clear that they value their employees and INVEST in them. It seemed that the Excel/Word assessments serve more to determine your baseline for training rather than to filter out candidates.
    Interview

Q: What were three things you learned from your first job? Typical interview questions about past experiences. None of those silly questions like how many golfballs are needed to cover the surface of the moon.
